What Features to Add to Your Dream Pool

So you have decided you want a pool but now need to start thinking about what you want your pool to include. There are several different things to think about when creating your dream pool besides the actual pool itself. Included are accessories we added to our pool.

1. A Diving Rock - Your insurance increase dramatically if you add a diving board to your pool but adding a diving rock to your pool does not have that same effect. A diving rock is just a sizable rock on the pool's edge that people can use to jump in the water.Another benefit to a diving rock is I believe it makes your pool look nicer. A diving rock is part of the decoration of your pool. Also if you pick the right kind of rock (hopefully they can use a rock they find in your yard when they dig) it never becomes slippery no matter how wet it becomes. 
2. Solar Panels - Solar panels serve two purposes. They heat the pool when it is to cold and they also cool the pool when it is to hot. The pool water runs through the solar panels which are located in a place that receives sunlight all day and then back down to your pool. The sun's rays warm the water as it is running through your solar panels and then the warmer water returns to your pool. It also can cool your pool at night by running the solar panels because the water temperature is warmer than the temperature outside. 
3. Solar Lights - Pools are never complete without some sort of decoration. You need to decide on what you want around your pool but whatever it is you need to think about small solar stand up lights. They automatically come on during dusk and charge themselves throughout the day. The solar lights reflect in the water of your pool which adds a unique aspect to your decoration. 
4. Water Feature - Normal return in the pool work nicely but a simple way to jazz up your pool is adding some sort of water feature as part of the return. There are many different water features from cheap to really expensive. The key is to do your research on them and to find one you can afford and you love. The point is they add a decoration element while also serving a purpose. We chose a waterfall wall return.
